Where the downloads, templates and worksheets are
Downloadable files are attached to the lesson that teaches them, not kept in one big folder. Open the lesson and look at the Resources tab on that lesson — the files are there.
That is deliberate: the template makes sense alongside the lesson that walks you through it.
Things that exist as downloads today include the Peak Multifamily Underwriting Template (the underwriting spreadsheet), a Market Research Template, a Location Checklist, a Before You Submit Your LOI Checklist, and the 7-Step Underwriting Process guide.
The Resources section in the main menu holds reference material that is not tied to one lesson.
If you know roughly which lesson covers a topic, that is the fastest way to the file. If you do not, ask the Coach which lesson covers it and go there.
