Where the underwriting calculator is
The underwriting tool is a spreadsheet you download, not something built into the site. It is the Peak Multifamily Underwriting Template (currently v3.5, an .xlsx file).
You will find it attached to the underwriting lessons — open one of those lessons and use its Resources tab. The lessons that walk through it are the same ones it is attached to, which is the point: download it and follow along rather than opening it cold.
There is also a 7-Step Underwriting Process guide attached alongside it.
If you want to be pointed at the right lesson, ask the Coach "which lesson walks through the underwriting template" and it will name it.
